• Account information — your name, email address, and password when you register.
• Member profile information — name, email, and phone number a group admin adds for you or that you provide yourself.
• Financial activity — recharges, expenses, splits, and the resulting wallet ledger within groups you belong to.
• Notification channels — if you choose to connect them, a Telegram chat ID or a browser push-notification subscription.
• Usage information — basic technical logs (e.g. login timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the core service — tracking balances, splitting expenses, and maintaining an accurate ledger.
• Send notifications you have opted into (email, Telegram, or browser push) about activity, low balance, or admin broadcasts.
• Maintain an audit trail of admin actions for the groups you manage or belong to.
• Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your name and wallet balance are visible to other members and admins within the same group, since that visibility is core to how shared-expense splitting works. We share data with the following categories of service providers only as needed to operate the app:

• Email delivery providers, to send account and activity notifications.
• Telegram, only if you explicitly connect a Telegram chat to your member profile.
• Browser push notification services (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging), only if you explicitly enable push notifications on a device.
• Infrastructure providers that host our servers and database.

4. Data Retention

Ledger entries and audit log records are financial records and are kept indefinitely and cannot be edited or deleted, even by administrators, to preserve the integrity of every group's wallet history. Account and profile information is retained for as long as your account is active, and may be retained afterward where needed for the same ledger-integrity reason.

5. Your Rights

You can update your name, email, and password at any time from your Profile page. You can disconnect Telegram or browser push notifications at any time. Group owners and admins can export member and ledger data to CSV. For any other request regarding your personal data, contact us using the details below.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Access to each group's data is isolated from every other group. Sensitive integrations (Telegram, webhooks, API tokens) are authenticated with signed or hashed secrets.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
